Instructions to make Chicken Chowmein:
  1. In a large pan add water,salt,oil and turmeric powder cook noodles just according to package instructions.
  2. Noodles is soft then drain immediately.
  3. Cut the chicken inJulienne style. Take a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil add Garlic cloves chopped fry light golden brown then add chicken and cook until soft.
  4. 8 to 10 minutes move chicken to one side of skillet and to other side. Add black pepper powder and chicken powder and mix well.
  5. Cut the vegetables.
  6. Take out the chicken in plate.
  7. Same skillet add vegetables and cook until tender,3 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile make sauce,in a medium bowl. I didn't add salt because all sauce is already salty.
  9. Add soy sauce, black pepper sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce and mix well.
  10. Vegetables are stir fry add noodles and chicken.
  11. Pour sauce cooked noodles, tossing combine.
  12. Garnish with green coriander leaves before serving.
