Instructions to make Chicken Chowmein:
- In a large pan add water,salt,oil and turmeric powder cook noodles just according to package instructions.
- Noodles is soft then drain immediately.
- Cut the chicken inJulienne style. Take a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil add Garlic cloves chopped fry light golden brown then add chicken and cook until soft.
- 8 to 10 minutes move chicken to one side of skillet and to other side. Add black pepper powder and chicken powder and mix well.
- Cut the vegetables.
- Take out the chicken in plate.
- Same skillet add vegetables and cook until tender,3 minutes.
- Meanwhile make sauce,in a medium bowl. I didn't add salt because all sauce is already salty.
- Add soy sauce, black pepper sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce and mix well.
- Vegetables are stir fry add noodles and chicken.
- Pour sauce cooked noodles, tossing combine.
- Garnish with green coriander leaves before serving.
