  3. Divide the dough into each part. Knead the Nerikiri-dough to make it smooth. Colorize each part; a yellow dough for the Petals and a smaller orange one for the Center.
  4. Wrap the red bean jam with the Yellow dough. And make it round and squash it a little.
  5. Make 6 ditches from the bottom to the top. (Divide it into 6 equal.)
  6. Pinch each part to make pointed ends of 6 petals.
  7. Press & stretch each petal to periphery side.
  8. Make a round dent in the center.
  9. Put lines between petals. And put a center line in the each petal.
  10. Make a center part.
  11. Put the center part on the center of the flower. Then it's finished!
