  1. Add the soy sauce to the rice and mix until the color is even.
  2. Wrap up about half of the rice in plastic wrap to form the head. Don't make it too thick. Make shallow dents where the eyes and mouth will go.
  3. Make half-moon rice balls for the ears. Make a dent in the middle with your thumb.
