  10. Take Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  11. Make ready Taco Salsa
  12. Get <Spice Mix>
  13. Get 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  14. Prepare 2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
  15. Get 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  16. Prepare 1 teaspoon Paprika
  17. Take 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper *OR more
  18. Get 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions to make Taco Rice:
  1. Heat Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes, add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour.
  2. Add the spices mix and Tomato Paste, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Place Freshly Cooked Rice on a plate, cover with the Beef mixture, then place Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado and shredded Cheese on top. Drizzle with Taco Salsa (I forgot to do that for the above photo!) and enjoy.
