- Slice onions & wash shirataki- set aside
- In medium saucepan bring wine & water to a boil over medium heat.
- Add beef & simmer ~ skim froth off the top.
- Add soy sauce , mirin & sugar- cover and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add onions & shirataki & simmer til onions are soft.
- Place rice in 4 bowls & top w/ beef & onions & some soup.
- Garnish w/pickled ginger
- ※※Also good ~ beat 2 eggs & pour over the top when onions are almost finished~
- ※※If you can't find shirataki it is good without it
