- In small bowl, add lemongrass, salt, hot pepper, tumeric. Mix well. Wear gloves to gently put mixture in slits of tofu. Tumeric will stain hands.
- Can let it sit in fridge to marinate it better, or just fry it if in a hurry. Flip tofu on both sides when frying. Serve with rice and vegetables. (I like to leave it in bag to marinate and fry only what i plan to eat)
