- Chop the dates into small pieces and remove the seeds. The purpose to chop the dates is to avoid grinding (as i dont wanted to spoil my mixer or chopper blades).
- Heat a kadai or heavy bottom pan. Heat ghee.
- Add cardmons. Add the washed dates. Stir it continuously.
- Add milk 1/4 cup if required add more (as per desired consistancy). Add more (as per desired consistancy).
- Add mawa or malai, stir. When the mixture start leaving the sides of the pan,
- Add chopped almonds pistachio cashews and desiccated coconut,(keep some aside for garnishing)mix well.
- Remove the pan from heat Garnish it with coconut, chopped almonds and pistachio. Serve hot.
