- Ghee main safeed elachi powder add krein 2 min pakain
- Aub pesi hoe dal ko ghee main add krein
- Slow flame par dal bhonna start krein
- 15 min baad dal simatna shoro hogi aur dough ki shakal main ane lage gi slow flame par bhonete rahein kafi mehnat lage gi bhone main kam az kam 75 min tak bhonna hai
- Jab dal main sy Khushbo ane lage aur ghee alag hone lage tu khoya add krein sath hi thore piste badam bhi add krein aur mix kar ke flame off kar dein
- Aub shera ready krein ek tar ka ek pen main 1 cup pani add krein aur sugar add kar dein etna pakain ke ek tar ka sheera ready ho jaye
- Aub dal ki karahi ka flem on krein aur ye sheera bhoni hoe daal main ehtiyad sy add kar dein aur jaldi jaldi chamcha chalain
- Aub mazeed bhonna hai 1 hour halwa bhon ke karahi chor dein ghee alag ho jaye aur Khushbo ane lage tu halwa ready hai
- Aub ek grees dish main halwa jama dein
- Aub piste badam sy apni pasund ki garnishing kar ke halwa cut kar lein
