- Take 1/3 cup Arhar dal
- Make ready 1 cup vegetables
- Prepare 1 tspon gur/ jaggery
- Take 2 tbsp imli pulp
- Make ready 1 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tsp cumin
- Make ready 1/2 tsp methi
- Take 1/2 tsp chana dal

- Get 2 tbsp kacccha nariyal
- Take 2 whole dry chilli
- Prepare 1 tsp dry Coriander
- Make ready 10-12 curry leaves
- Get 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch
- Take 1 pinch hing/ asafoetida
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 2 tomatoes
- Prepare For tempering
- Get 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 10-12 curry leaves
- Prepare 4 dry whole chilli
- Get 1 tsp rai
- Take 1 pinch hing /asafoetida

Instructions to make Sambhar & Nariyal chutney:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute all the ingredients mentioned in masala for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
- Let it cool down and make a very fine paste of it with some water.
- In a cooker add vegetables and grinded masala and saute for a minute now add socked arhar dal with sufficint water and salt now wait for 4-5 whistle.
- After releasing all the pressure add imli and gur and take a boil.
- Heat a pan and prepare tempring with oil hing curry leaves dry chilli and mix it into sambhar
- Narial chutney
- Grind kaccha nariyal with the help of MILK adjust salt and temper it.
