Instructions to make Caramelized Nariyal Ladoo:
  1. Take a container and fill it up with water. Then put a can of condensed milk into it without opening its lid.Cover the container with a lid and let it boil on a very low flame for about 2hours. Check it in every half an hour and if more than half of the water is evaporated than pour 2-3 more glasses of water into it if required. After 2 hours take it off from the stove and let it cool down completely. Then open the lid of the can and pour the Caramelized condensed milk into a bowl.
  2. Take a pan and put the freshly shredded coconut into the pan and dry roast it in low-medium flame for 10minutes
  3. Turn off the flame and put the roasted shredded coconut into the bowl having Caramelized condensed milk
  4. Now add 1tsp of Vanilla extract
  5. Than add 1tsp of Cardamom powder into it and mix the whole thing thoroughly using your hands
  6. Now take some amount of the mixture in your hand and shape it into balls (small ladoos)
  7. Once the balls are ready now gently roll the ladoos into the remaining ½cup of dry roasted shredded coconut and place them on a plate and serve them.
