- Take a pan and add in it water & sugar to make syrup, it should be thick enough almost around 3 taar. & cut all dry fruits in small pieces.
- Take a wok and add cardimom, ghee & sooji then bonify it on low heat for about 10-15 mins. When you feel aroma add dry milk powder & desicated coconut and bonify for 2mins.
- In sooji add that hot syrup and mix it immediately with spoon, and take this out on a greased pan and spread it all over it, add all dry fruits and cut it into pieces, after it gets down to room temperature take these pieces out and serve.
