Steps to make Nariyal Chutney:
- First take one pan for rosting all dry ingredients like peanut,gram pulse,cumin seed,mustard,red chilli,cari leaves till 5 minutes.
- Then cut coconut in small pieces and mix dry ingredients and grind all in mixture grinder with help of some water.make smooth thick paste.
- Take this paste in pan and boil this for 2 minutes then gas off.
- For tadaka:- put one tadaka pan in gas and add some oil and add mustard,cumin seed,red chilli,cari leaves and add this tadaka in coconut paste.
- Ready to serve this nariyal chatani to eat idli,dosa or appe.
